What is Breathwork?

We breathe approximately 23,000 times per day. The way we breathe affects the most fundamental aspects of our lives. Our respiration rate and depth influence all other systems and functions in our body, including heart rate, blood chemistry, neural activity, and digestion. Whether we are active or resting, our breath is always supporting us.

Somatic Experiencing ® is a gentle, body-centered approach to healing trauma and chronic stress. By guiding attention to the physical sensations, it supports the release of stored tension and helps restore balance in the nervous system. This method fosters resilience, grounding, and a deeper connection to the body’s innate wisdom.

Breathwork Session

IDR 2,000,000 - 2 hr Session, 1 on 1 Session

I will use the FBR technique (Facilitated Breath Repatterning based on CCB) to guide you through your breathwork experience. I will provide a personalized and safe container and use attuned touch - bodywork to restore a foundation of balance, vitality and resilience.

My name is Nathalie Dereau, and I am an experienced Breathwork facilitator and a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, as well as a mother and lifelong enthusiast of sports.

Through the transformative power of breath and body awareness, I guide clients on deep journeys of self-discovery.

My work is grounded in compassion and clarity. I support those who are ready to shift perspective, heal from within, and approach life’s challenges with greater resilience and balance.
